Client proof
Real clients. No invented numbers.
We do not publish revenue, traffic or ranking numbers without the client's written permission and a source you can check. This page is not a set of invented case studies.

Why we do not publish invented case studies
Many agency websites display impressive percentages with no names, no dates and no way to check them. Some are rounded up, some are cherry-picked and some are invented. We would rather show less proof that is real. Numbers about traffic, revenue or rankings belong to the client, and we publish them only with written permission and a source you can verify, such as a screenshot from the client's own analytics or a statement from the client.
What you can verify today
The four reviews above come from named clients with their roles. Each describes the kind of work involved: WordPress and SEO work for a founder, WordPress delivery with a designer, search work with a marketing manager, and site and support automation for a start-up chief executive. One review includes a percentage figure for organic traffic growth. That figure is the client's own statement about their business, and we do not present it as an audited report.
How we would document a project
When a client agrees to a published case study, we structure it so that you can judge it for yourself:
- Starting point: the situation, constraints and baseline measurements before work began.
- Actions: what we changed, in what order and why.
- Measurement method: which tools and time periods the results come from.
- Results: the changes observed, including any that were smaller than hoped.
- Limits: other factors that may have contributed, such as seasonality, pricing changes or other marketing.
Why correlation is not proof
Search traffic can rise because of work we did, but also because of a season, a news event, a competitor's problem or an algorithm update. Honest case studies acknowledge that. We use before-and-after comparisons across comparable periods, track the same pages and queries over time and prefer leading indicators we control, such as fixed technical issues, indexed pages and featured answers, alongside lagging ones such as leads.
How AI visibility is measured
For generative engine optimisation, one screenshot of a chatbot mentioning a brand is anecdote, not evidence, because answers differ between runs, users and locations. We use a fixed panel of prompts that reflect real customer questions, run them regularly across main AI assistants, and record whether a brand is mentioned, cited or described correctly. Trends across several months are meaningful. Any claim based on a single answer is not.
Reference calls
The most reliable proof is a conversation with a past client. After a qualified call, in which we understand your sector, size and goals, we can arrange for you to speak with a client who had a similar project, subject to their agreement. You can ask them about communication, quality, deadlines, what went wrong and whether they would hire us again.
What to ask any provider
Use these questions with any agency or consultant, including us:
- Can I speak with a named client in a similar situation?
- How were these results measured, and over what period?
- What else changed during that time?
- What happened on projects that did not go well?
- Who exactly will do the work?
- Do I own the accounts, code and data at the end?
Our promise about results
We will tell you what we plan to do, how we will measure it and what outcomes are realistic based on your situation, without promising rankings, revenue or citations. Progress is reported monthly in writing so that you can see what changed.

What good results look like for different services
Different services should be judged by different evidence, and a trustworthy provider explains in advance what success will look like.
- Websites and WordPress: faster measured load times, passing Core Web Vitals, fewer errors, easier content editing and more completed enquiries or orders.
- SEO, AEO and GEO: more indexed and correctly structured pages, featured answers, improved rankings for agreed topics, growth in organic enquiries and accurate mentions in AI assistants over repeated testing.
- Digital marketing: cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate and return on ad spend, tracked in your own accounts.
- AI and automation: hours saved, error rates, response times and user satisfaction compared with a baseline recorded before launch.
- SaaS and software: a working product in the hands of real users, activation and retention rates and the speed of shipping improvements.
Setting expectations before we start
At the beginning of each engagement we record a baseline, agree the measures that matter and decide how often we will review them. If a result is disappointing, we investigate and explain why. If the original plan was wrong, we change it. This discipline is more valuable to you than any headline percentage, because it shows how a provider behaves when things do not go perfectly.
Your rights as a client
You should always have access to your analytics, advertising and search accounts, a clear written scope, regular reports in plain language and the ability to end the relationship with your assets intact. We build these principles into every engagement.
