Getting in touch should be simple and carry no obligation. Here is exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises.

2. We reply within one business day. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 IST and Saturday 9:00 to 14:00 IST. We respond with questions or suggest a time for a call.
3. We have a discovery conversation. This is typically a short call in which we learn about your business, goals, audience and constraints.
4. You receive a written scope and quote. It lists deliverables, assumptions, timeline and costs. There is no pressure to accept.
5. Work starts only after you approve the scope. From then on, you have a single point of contact and regular progress updates.

What to prepare

You do not need a perfect brief. It helps to share the following where you can, and we will help with anything you are unsure about:

• Your main goal, such as more enquiries, a new website, a product idea or a technical problem.
• Your current website address, if you have one.
• A rough budget range and any deadlines.
• Examples of websites or products you like or dislike.
• Information about your customers and what they usually ask before buying.
• Any existing accounts, such as hosting, analytics or advertising, that are relevant.

If you are not sure which service you need, choose the closest option in the form or describe your situation in your own words. As a guide, enquire about SEO, AEO and GEO if you want to be found in search and AI answers, web development or WordPress for a new or improved website, AI services for automation or assistants, SaaS development for a product and IT consulting if you need advice first.

Budget guidance

We believe in discussing money openly. Marketing retainers start at ₹25,000 per month before ad spend. A one-time SEO, AEO and GEO audit starts from ₹12,000, and monthly integrated programmes commonly range from ₹18,000 to ₹65,000 for most Kerala and India service businesses, with GST additional. Project work is quoted after the scope is defined, and budgets range from under ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000 and above. If your budget is smaller than the work requires, we will say so and suggest a phased approach.

Working across locations and time zones

We are based in Trivandrum, Kerala, and work remotely with clients across India and in countries including the UAE, the UK and the USA. Calls can be arranged outside our usual hours by agreement, and we use WhatsApp, email and shared documents to keep communication clear.

Your information and privacy

When you use the contact form, your message is prepared in your browser and opened in WhatsApp, where it is sent only when you choose to send it. We use the details you give only to reply to you and to deliver services you request. We do not sell personal information. Read our privacy policy for more detail, and ask us for a non-disclosure agreement if you want to share sensitive information.

What we will not do

To keep expectations realistic, there are some things we do not do. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations or revenue. We do not use practices that breach search engine or platform policies, such as buying links, creating fake reviews or publishing mass-produced pages. We do not start work without an agreed written scope, and we do not take on projects we believe we cannot deliver well. If a project is better served by another provider, we will say so.

How we keep you informed

Once work begins, you receive updates at agreed points, usually by WhatsApp or email, with links to working versions where possible. Larger projects include scheduled review calls. Marketing and SEO engagements include a monthly written report that covers what was done, what changed, what did not work and what we plan next. If a problem arises, we tell you promptly rather than waiting for the next report.

Meeting options

Most discovery conversations take place by phone, WhatsApp call or video call, and they usually last 20 to 40 minutes. You are welcome to bring colleagues or partners. If you prefer to start in writing, send a short message and we will reply with focused questions. For clients in or near Trivandrum, an in-person meeting can be arranged when it is genuinely useful. Whichever format you choose, we send a short written summary afterwards so that everyone remembers what was agreed.

If we are not the right fit

Sometimes the honest answer is that another approach or provider would serve you better, perhaps because the project needs a large dedicated team, a specialist in a narrow field or a much smaller budget solution. When that happens, we say so during the first conversation and, where we can, point you toward sensible alternatives.
